01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice the entire block of rolls horizontally, keeping the rolls connected, to form a top and bottom slab.
03 - Place the bottom half of the rolls on the lined baking sheet. Evenly distribute the sliced cheddar cheese across the surface. Add deli ham or turkey if desired.
04 - Position the top half of the rolls to cover the fillings.
05 - Combine melted butter with mustard, honey, and garlic powder if using. Brush generously over the top of the rolls.
06 - Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is fully melted and the roll tops are golden brown.
07 - Allow the rolls to cool for 2 minutes, then slice into 12 individual mini sandwiches and serve warm.
