Lavender Lemonade Floral Infusion (Printable Version)

Refreshing floral citrus drink blending tart lemons with aromatic lavender syrup. Perfect for sunny days and gatherings.

# What You'll Need:

→ Lavender Syrup

01 - 1 cup water
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender

→ Lemonade Base

04 - 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
05 - 4 cups cold water
06 - Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
07 - Lavender sprigs, for garnish (optional)
08 - Ice cubes

# Directions:

01 - Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar completely dissolves. Remove from heat and stir in dried lavender. Let steep for 15 minutes to infuse the floral flavor.
02 - Pour the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove all lavender buds. Allow the strained syrup to cool completely to room temperature before combining with lemon juice.
03 - In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, cooled lavender syrup, and cold water. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
04 - Taste the lemonade and adjust the flavor balance as desired. Add more water for a lighter drink, more syrup for increased sweetness, or additional lemon juice for extra tartness.
05 - Fill the pitcher with ice cubes. Serve over individual glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with fresh lemon slices and lavender sprigs if desired.

03 -
  • Roll your lemons on the counter before juicing to release every drop
  • Make sure the syrup is completely cool before mixing with lemon juice
