20 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
21 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken breasts thoroughly and marinate for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, grated drained cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve.
03 - Heat grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F and juices run clear. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
04 - Place flatbreads in a dry skillet or warm oven for 1-2 minutes until soft and pliable.
05 - Spread generous layer of tzatziki sauce over each flatbread. Layer with spinach or arugula, sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and crumbled feta. Drizzle with additional tzatziki if desired and serve immediately.

# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • The combination of warm chicken and cool crisp vegetables creates such satisfying texture contrast
  • You can prep everything ahead and assemble in minutes for an effortless dinner
  • The homemade tzatziki alone will become your new favorite condiment for everything
02 -
  • Letting the chicken rest before slicing is the difference between juicy meat and dry disappointing pieces
  • Squeezing every last drop of liquid from the grated cucumber prevents your tzatziki from becoming watery
03 -
  • Grill your chicken outdoors when the weather is nice for that extra smoky dimension
  • Toast the flatbreads on the grill instead of in a pan for a subtle charred flavor
