07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

04 - Place about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
05 - Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip, encasing the cheese filling.
06 - Arrange rollups on the prepared baking sheet with the tip tucked under.
07 - In another bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, and salt.

10 - Brush with extra garlic butter if desired and serve warm.

# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • The cheese gets all melty and creates these little pools of goodness inside every bite
  • They look like you spent hours but they use store bought crescent dough
02 -
  • Overfilling the triangles will cause cheese to spill out during baking, so resist the urge to add extra
  • Brushing with butter before and after baking makes them incredibly flavorful and glossy
03 -
  • Work quickly with the crescent dough once it is unrolled so it does not become too warm and sticky
  • Use freshly grated cheese rather than pre shredded bags for better melting and flavor
